Again I have fallen behind on my updates but I could NEVER fall behind on my eating :)
My brunch pals and I decided to try another restaurant that was part of the same restaurant group as Quality Eats: a french-style place called Quality Bistro. I had discovered it when I was looking up more about Quality Eats and fell in love with the thought of their French Onion Soup Burger. So, without further ado, we rolled up to Quality Bistro with hungry bellies.
To drink we got the Diablo, which was essentially a tequila mule and it was delicious and refreshing and different. They also had similar cocktails to Quality Eats, not surprisingly, and they were the same level of yummy.
We had to start with some escargot, since Loy had never had any, and it was perfectly buttery and garlicky and not at all slimy or chewy. Loy was a good sport and tried one or two, and Brian and I devoured the rest. It was the perfect starting course, and a perfect taste of French cuisine.
My rating: 8/10.
Ever since I had laid eyes on the French Onion Soup Burger on the menu, I was dreaming about trying it. The juiciest burger I’ve ever had, topped with melty Gruyere cheese and caramelized onions. Heaven on a bun. And the bun was a flaky, crunchy brioche bun, which made it all the more heavenly. It was so juicy it was messy and dripping down my chin the whole time I was eating it and I could not even complain. Seriously the best burger I’ve ever had and I would go back for it again and again.
My rating: 10/10.
We couldn’t go to a French restaurant without some dessert, so we finished our brunch with a plate of delicious, velvety chocolate mousse. We barely had room for any more food, but everyone has an extra stomach for dessert and I’m so glad we do. It was the perfect end to a delectable meal.

Overall, I loved the Quality Bistro. The aesthetic was so cute and felt like we were eating at a little bistro in Paris. The food was perfect and the drinks were on point. It was pricey for sure, and going for lunch was way better, since the lunch menu had the burger as an option and was slightly cheaper than anything on the dinner menu. Not an affordable place at all, but if you want to treat yourself and have a satisfying, memorable meal, definitely make a brunch reservation and head on down to Quality Bistro.
